Hi!

I am having an issue with my toggle button which was working perfectly but all of a sudden it stopped working I tried as much as I can to fix the problem but I can’t.

All my plugins are updated, I tried to deactivate the plugins but it didn’t solve the issue.

Could anyone help please?

Hi,

which plugin did you use to create this menu?

Seems like some classes of “ast-builder” don’t properly function. Is “ast” maybe your currently used Theme or Builder Plugin? If so then please contact the themes/plugins developers to get this issue resolved by them.

I use Elementor to create the menu and I use astra as my theme, I think the issue came up after I updated my WordPress website ??

Maybe there is already an update from Astra on the way or you can try to fix it by rebuilding that menu. It is hard to fix for someone who doesn’t know Astra so contacting the developers is probably the best option. https://wpastra.com/contact/

I just pray the issue should be solved cuz am worried about it, it was working fine and now I don’t know what happened it just stopped when I click on the toggle button it goes blank without menu.

I have the same issue, it sucks. I deactivate my plugins one by one. toggle menu on mobile still not working, I think it’s because of Astra theme.

I just found a solution, pls check video from Suraj Oberai “FIX: SUB-MENU NOT OPENING IN ASTRA WORDPRESS THEME”

I have spent hours and hours researching and trying to fix this problem and with the video you shared it got fixed in 5 minutes!
I was contemplating redoing my whole website using a different theme and page builder.
I can’t believe it was that simple!
