    Hi @michaelmichel ,

I have tested the plugin and it works fine when all elements are on or off, I have recorded a video for you please check

    Video

So I assume that you have some local issues with your WP, it might be a plugin, theme, or system setting-related issue. Please try to disable all other plugins, enable another theme – if this still does not help then you have a system settings-related issue and you need to increase your PHP memory limit and other hosting-related settings.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards,
    Nick

    Hi michaelmichel,

thanks for providing the video, I was still not able to replicate the issue, I assume that this is hosting related so please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info > and click on the copy site info button and send that info on our email [email protected] and we will analyze your system and try to help you.
