Toggle Admin Bar

Personally, I just disable the admin bar via my profile when I need check a design or create a screenshot. Then turn it back in afterwards.

don’t quite understand forum’s so Im not sure if Im in the right one.. I just went to my blog.. logged in.. but my dashboard is gone.. did they update or something ?? Where can I find it,,, and how will I find the answer ?? can somebody email me [email protected] to help me out ??/
