Today's Events widget not appearing

    Well, the most obvious (and not necessarily actual) possibility is that there are no events meeting whatever restrictions are placed on the widget, and no fallback text. But there are other possibilities, if that’s not the case.

    There is no title appearing or anything… and under the area “Show this text if there are no events today” I entered “No events today” and that doesn’t appear either. So I don’t think that’s the issue. What do you think might be next most likely?

    Well, looking at the source code for your site, I can see that the widget *is* actually showing up in the code; it’s just not visible on the site. This seems like a theme issue.

    What happens if you move the widget into a different order in your widgets?

    You’re absolutely right ~ when I moved it into the sidebar area, it appeared. It’s definitely a theme issue with it not appearing in the main area of the homepage.
