“Today Upcoming Events” starting delayed

Our local time is Cairns (UTC+10) and these events are showing correctly after 8-10 hours of delay, which means Mondays schedule is showing until 9 or 10 AM and then current day (Tuesday) events are displayed. I’ve already updated time zone in general settings. Can you please let me know if this is a bug or am I missing something?
