    Hi,

I am working locally, so I did not test the responsiveness properly, yet. But I noticed that, when I select the mobile or tablet preview mode and I click on something in the ToC, it won’t work. Click here for a screen: https://ibb.co/zsQjDGm. If I use the preview of the pages instead of the ToC, it will work.

Any solutions? Do you think it will work when on the internet?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,
If it works in preview it will work.

Please also check if it is working without preview, customizer.
Also you can directly check you pdf by opening in our site to see if the problem is from the plugin.
Click on the “Open your PDF in Reader” button in Live Test Demo section.

Also, we notice there is something white layer above the flipbook and that might be preventing any clicks.
Can you share the theme name that you have used.

    Best Regards,

The preview on ur website (DEMO version) works fine. The problem is when I open it in preview (customizer) for mobile and tablet version (actually, when using the table of contents). I am using the child theme of bravada theme https://www.cryoutcreations.eu/wordpress-themes/bravada

I have the same problem when I use other themes as Twenty twenty one

    Hi,

We have not found the issue on our end. The block might be due to some other plugins.

Also note that external link naturally don’t work in customizer and they work while not in customizer. Customizer limits links to within the WordPress site.

    Best Regards,
