TOC stopped showing in versions after 2.0.46

Hello!

TOC stopped showing on the pages after updates 2.0.46 -> 2.0.47, in the posts it still works. Plugin’s debug prints this:

• Post type is.
• page
• Is supported post type?
• true
• Is auto insert for post types?
• false
• Supported post type and insert TOC is enabled in post meta.
• true
• The the_content filter applied.
• true
• Post eligible.
• true

Unfortunately I cannot give a link for you – site is now in Production and it uses ver. 2.0.46

I’ve tested 2.0.47 and 2.0.48 – but it doesn’t work as expected
