TOC not working on Mobile

  • Two issues:

    1.
    On dekstop the TOC works perfect. On mobile(chrome or safari) however when you click on any link in the TOC, it goes to my homepage somehow. Anyone know how to fix this?

    2.
    When clicking on a link in the TOC (on desktop obvisously??) he scrolls a bit too far. I guess because of my header and menu. Is there a way yo fix that?
