TOC Not Showing On One Page

Is it generating when you are editing the post and not showing on the frontend? Or is it not working at all?

Thanks for the reply! When I add the TOC it shows in the post just fine. I save it, view the post, and then the TOC does not show as you can see in the link I posted. It is just a grey block. When I got back into the post, this is the message that comes up in the block where the TOC is: “The block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”

This ONLY happens on this page and no where else. I don’t have anything on this page that I don’t have elsewhere on my site in terms of widgets or plugins.

When the error shows in the edit screen, can you please check if there are any errors showing in the browser console? Here’s how to open the browser console.

Thank you very much for the error logs. But unfortunately we couldn’t determine anything from it. I am really sorry about that.

Can you please check what version of the plugin you are using? Also, what happens if you remove the broken block and add it again?

I am using the most current version of the plugin. I have removed the block and added it back in multiple times. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. It is so odd that it operates fine on every other post and page except this one.

I will try to create the exact content of your page on a local host and see if I can recreate the issue on my end.

I am sorry about the time it’s taking for us to fix it.

Unfortunately, we still couldn’t recreate the issue on our end.

We have created an exact same post on our end and tried TOC Block. And it’s working fine.

Can you please try making a duplicate/clone of the post and see if it works there?
