• TOC+ not showing for the last 2 versions. The plug-in is installed the [toc] is in the left column. Elementor has been used for years on the site with TOC+. We don’t use the builtin TOC widget in Elementor because a copyied link to a section of the manul cannot be used to display that section in a browser. We rolled back 2 versions to 2311 and were happy to find TOC+ works fine as you can see in the link. The moment we move to either of the latest 2 versions then the table of contents does not appear for the manual. Nothing to see and no error message. We use it in several places. The same problem in each place.

If we can help you to figure this out please let us know.

    Thanks,

    julian

Hi, I had the same problem. Check the advanced settings in of the plugin. After upgrade is necessary to check heading level which should be included in the TOC. Obviously the default setting is NONE.

I have deactivated all TOC automatic display options and only want to use the shortcode [toc].

TOC does not appear anywhere. If I activate “Posts” the TOC appears, but also on my blog index page…

The shortcode only works for me if I have activated autoinsert and that is pretty stupid.
