ToC links are hidden behind header & menu

Hi, I am using the Avada theme from Themeforest, and when I click on one of the items in my table of contents, the link that it jumps to is partially obscured/hidden behind my header/menu. Is there a way to offset the link by a few lines, so that when a user clicks on the ToC links, the section that it jumps to is below the header, and not being hidden by the header?
