TOC does not update

    Hello,

    Seems a setting in latest update makes the TOC not update to new headings. We updated a blog but we still see the previous headings. We also only set H2 to show overriding the automatic insertion and H3 still shows.

    We use Litespeed server and litespeed cache plugin, always worked before.
