Hi, can I please get an email address for your customer support? I had to delete TOC (even though it’s one of my favorite plug-ins) because it was causing issues with one of my most highly trafficked posts. Google Search Console gave me a “crawl alert” for this post, and I had my IT guy and host look into it and they sent me documentation showing that TOC was the culprit.

They think it’s a bug that has something to do with the fact that post has a ton of comments. I’d love to show one of your team members the documentation and see if we can find a solution because I had to delete TOC and I really want it back, but am afraid to reinstall for fear of that issue happening again.

Can you please let me know where I can send it? Thanks!

This is the support channel for ezTOC… What is the “crawl alert” ? Please share a link to the post? And, why does your support team believe it is ezTOC?

They ran tests and sent me documentation to send to you. I didn’t link to the post because i removed EZTOC from it. Can you send me an email address so I can send their data to you? Or is it safe to share here?
