TOC Button Not Closing TOC

    Have the plugin installed stock with no modifications to the plugins settings. On this site, I cannot get the TOC to close by pressing the button. On another site on the same server (same stock install, no modifications), the button works. Not sure if this is a conflict with something else we have running.
