• Start at https://www.crystalstar.com/product/male-performance/ and add a product to your cart and then go checkout. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see “Ship to a different address?” checkbox but you will see two checkboxes. One of those checkboxes is TOC.

    Our settings for TOC are:

    Enable Support: Posts
    Auto Insert: *nothing*

    and I’ve tried:

    Exclude Headings: Ship to a different*

    What am I missing to prevent it from loading on the checkout page and creating an extra chcekbox that doesn’t do anything?

    I added an item to the card but I did not see the option to click ship to a different address?!

    Are/were you using the widget by chance? If you are/were, the page is still processed for headers. So that might be the cause somehow.

    I did add the TOC to the blog page widget for the blog sidebar. I’ve tried setting “Enable Support:” to nothing and “Position” to “top” (I’m doing this on a staging site at the moment, so you won’t be able to check my work).

    Any other thoughts of what I can change to fix this?

    I added to “Limit Path” “/checkout/” but still no dice (still working in the staging site).
