To Top plugin not showing on mobile devices

  • @esthercoach : Login to your WordPress admin section.
    GO to Appearance => Customize => To Top Options => Advanced Settings
    Make sure that Check to Hide on Small Devices is not checked.

    no, it’s not checked.

    HOWEVER! I’ve cleared the cache in both sites and now it’s showing perfectly.
