to suppress the text “sip-cookie-check”

My problem is very simple.
But it is a big problem for me .
…I want to suppress the text mentioned in my home page.
the text is “SIP-COOKIE-CHECK”.
I have not this plug-in installed at all.
I don’t find where are these words in my back-office.
