To Report an security vulnerability.

Hello team,
My name is Rohan Chavan,I am a security researcher.
I would like to report an critical security issue in your plugin. The issue has not been disclosed to anyone. I believe in responsible disclosure please give me the instructions for submitting the report, I have made proper report with proof of concept.
I hope that this issue will be patched soon and update will be released for this zeroday, and a CVE-ID will be assigned as well.
