To reach Contact Form instead of email address on web site

  • Dear friends,

    I have a problem to reach Contact form. When we select form from “Contact a Resume Form” , it doesnt work. It shows registered user’s email when we select contact section on the web sites like below.

    We couldnt find any solution (new database, reinstall WP, disable pluggings). Any helpfull comment will be more welcome.
