“To Order” Option not available

Testing out the plugin, I created a test order using an imported product and my WooCommerce orders page doesn’t show any “To Order” option like in the video walkthrough. I see it as an option to filter orders by only, but it has 0 items. I don’t see a button next to any of the test orders that redirects me to AliExpress to fulfill the order at all. I’ve already tried disabling all non-essential plugins and reverted to a basic theme, and still don’t see the options I’m supposed to. Will I just need to go and manually place each order?
