To many redirects?

Hi

First of all – great plugin, in my opinion the best!

On one of my sites on frontend everything looks good but in GTMetrix I’m getting error:

Remove the following redirect chain if possible:

• https://mlrhyom6ltug.i.optimole.com/g0xoKzjKUwY/w:239/h:192/q:auto/https://randena.pl/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/randena_logo-compressor.png
• https://randena.pl/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/randena_logo-compressor.png

I don’t know is this plugin error, because on my other site based on the same theme but different hosting this issue isn’t appear, so I’m confused. Truth is that this hosting makes me angry because it’s slow and problematic but it wasn’t my desicion.
