    Hello guys,

Your plugin is amazing and I would like to take you for this work.

We have a large number of orders that go to pending payment and then go to canceled and I don’t know why.

Some days, it’s almost all the orders that fail and I wonder if it’s not my plugin/theme configuration that causes this error.

I’ve looked at the logs on Stripe and I don’t see any clear information that explains to me if there was a problem or not.

There is quite often this message that appears on the details in Stripe :

The provided PaymentMethod has failed authentication. You can provide payment_method_data or a new PaymentMethod to attempt to fulfill this PaymentIntent again.

And in the details on woocommerce:

Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Status of the order changed from Payment Pending to Canceled/Cancelled.

If you can help with this case, I will appreciate it a lot

    Thank you

    Hi @izna1993

Based on the Stripe message, it looks like the customer’s attempt to authenticate via the Klarna hosted payment page is failing.

I would contact Stripe support and show them that error as it seems there are times when the Stripe to Klarna connection is interrupted.

Within Woocommerce, a pending order is cancelled after a configurable amount of time has passed.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

I contacted stripe and its seems that they don’t want to give me a correct help with this issue.

I asked them to check all incomplete payments and they say there is nothing going wrong.

How they can say this when you see all this incomplete payments : https://vikibody.de/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Capture-de?cran-2022-10-18-a?-11.58.08.png

1 year ago, I was using the same setup and never ever had this amount of incomplete payments.

    Hi @izna1993

Make sure your webhook is working properly to rule that out as a cause of the incomplete orders. I would continue to press Stripe support on the issue and show them this screenshot.

I’d also recommend processing some Klarna payments yourself, confirming that the process is working as expected.

Beyond that, the Stripe plugin doesn’t control the Klarna hosted payment page. It’s responsible for getting the customer to that page, but at that point it’s all Klarna/Stripe functionality.

    Kind Regards,

Hello @mrclayton @izna1993 i’m having the same issue with klarna payments, unfortunately. There’s a solution in planning?

I’m thinking could be that we have to configure “Authorize” and not capture as method?
Or maybe that during the checkout there are not enough information like birthday?

Thanks in advance for the help.
