  • Positive: easy translation through browser

    Negative: way to many bugs which breaks your translation and even worse your page.
    Translation broke on accents.
    I needed to “retranslate” everything again with html accentcodes.

    Never ever use subdirectory for default language if you want visitors landing on the translation instead of the default language.
    It messes up your wp-admin url path which makes it unaccessable.
    Took me hours to solve this problem as i couldn’t access the admin.
    A clean reinstall is a pain in the ***. You have to go to database and clean also wp_options entries regarding the translatepress.

    In a few words: to many bugs, which with better documentation could be solved in the first place.
