To everyone regarding 500 server error (2012 12 19)

    Hey everyone,

    It seems Microsoft is playing games with their skype button service. It is down .. this wouldn’t be an issue for my plugin (as it is down a lot of times), but now it is sending 500 error (for which I didn’t have a workaround yet).

    Please be patient, I am working on a fix for both v1 and v2 for this never to happen again (expect to arrive in 1 or 2 days).

  • We’re also hitting 404 errors at times.

    Hi, as soon as I activate the PRO version my entire website goes down and i get 500 error for every page.

    Help please.

    Hey, It must be something very specific with your website or your actions. Did you install the plugin using wordpress dashboard? (some people reported having problems when they used FTP .. probably caused by wrong folder structure after extraction)

    Thanks for the quick response. Yes, it turned out that the issue somehow due to FTP-ing the plugin to my server.

    Solution: Deleted the plugin and uploaded it using wordpress plugins Add New -> Upload

    Thanks for the help. Love the plugin, it works like a dream.
