To disable comments only on test pages

Tests is a custom post type.

So try to search some plugin that can manage comments not on built-in post types (page/post), but on custom ones too.

Are there any several strings in your plugin that easily can be deleted to prevent show comment form in test pages?

Yes, it was WP Discuzz plugin, there you can edit comments on various page types.
