To change "read more"

    Hi!
    Many thanks for the plugin, it really works and is great!

    One question though – as my site is in Swedish and not English I would like to change “Read more” after the excerpt to something else. How would I go about doing that? I have looked in the editor to maybe change something in the plugin-file but I haven′t found anything. Is it possible to change it with CSS?
