To change page template

You can only use 1 theme at a time on any WordPress site. So you cannot have Theme A for your site’s front page and Theme B for underlying pages. Perhaps you need to look at creating a custom page template which you can them style using CSS.

I am making my custom theme, and create a page with one left side bar and want if I add new page it will use one side bar template like to change the page template from page attribute.

I am not having option of selecting page template ! do I need to add any function to enable that option ?

yes I have made custom page template but not having the option to change it for my pages I am adding.
