To add a widget with random posts instead of an empty one

Hello, this is more of a suggestion than anything else.

I’m thinking about just the same widget as the one we already have but with the option to display random posts if there aren’t any related ones.

If could be implemented as a checkbox option in the widget configuration.

This would be especially helpful for places that have no related posts for them but where we still want to show some posts with the widget instead of just not displaying anything and leaving an empty space.

For example, for the homepage, it will be great to have the exact same widget that already is in this plugin but instead of not showing up (because of lack of related posts), to display a list of random posts.
