  • I am also facing the same problem. I started receiving the little grey warning signs next to my articles, when hovering over them they say something about “lingotek cannot be contacted”. Up until now it has been working nicely for me. I went to the settings page, and I saw an error notification at the top of the page saying that Lingotek TMS is unreachable. I thought I would try to disconnect and reconnect my account, but as soon as I disconnected I started getting “Gateway Time-out – nginx” page responses, basically I can no longer open my translation settings page.

    This is happening to me too! I get the grey exclamation mark when I tried to upload my posts and pages to Lingotek.

    In addition, one of my sites doesn’t seemed to be connected to my Lingotek account anymore. When I went to Translation > Dashboard > Connect to my existing Lingotek account, it brought me to an empty page. It had been this way since last Wednesday and I haven’t changed any settings whatsoever. Merely updated the plugins. Have emailed the Lingotek support team too. Really hope to hear from them soon as I really love this plugin.

    We’re all on the same boat, celebrian. I have tried to contact Lingotek in Facebook, but they have advised me to look for the support because their servers were appparently well. I bring this post to their attention in order for them to see the problem is more serious than they could expect. There must be many more affected people like us.

    I am already doing so, noverlin, but it does not seem to have worked. The delay in trying to access Lingotek settings is still the same… I will keep trying anyway. In case I succeed, I will let you know!

    I have flushed the cache, but that did not work as well. It is still not accessible, unfortunately.

    That’s great to hear! We had to restart a few things on our end to try and identify what had happened and causing the issues everyone ran into.

    Thank God it happened in a day that was weak in news. If if was close to the Chicago Motor Show or even Geneva, it would have been a nightmare! Now my automotive news website, will be back to business as usual. And tomorrow will be an important day, with a world car presentation. Thank you for the help, Nathan!

    thank you very much!! lingotek seems to be working on the site that I was originally working on (the one that I had previously connected a lingotek account with)

    but i’m running multisite on wordpress and had just activated lingotek on 2 other sites a few days ago. I still have problems connecting an account to these 2 other sites. Please help! thank you!

    I can confirm that it is up and running for me again.
