• First of all, thanks for a very useful plug-in.

    Then I have a question:
Last year I developed a WordPress site for a club. Today, when I was performing maintenance, I noticed that the TML default login page was gone completely. After reinstalling the plug-in all the pages were recreated, but they do not show up in my menu. I wondered why and found out about a function in your code that filters all of the pages out of the page list and thus menu. Why is this, and how am I supposed to create a menu item for a login page? Currently I have worked around the problem by commenting the filter out of your code and manually excluding unwanted TML pages out of the menu, using a plug-in, but this is so dirty I guess I have got to be missing something.
Using shortcodes doesn’t really work, since it results in a correct login form but stays visible, even when I’m logged in.
Also, the menu item title is not changed to “Log off”, when the user is logged in already.

I hope you can help me fix this behaviour.
