I can’t deactivate the TML plugin. It’s creating a server 500 error. For now it’s the only plugin I’m using. How can I deactivate and remove it?

    Kind regards

I suspect you are hosted with wordpress.com?

    Hi Jeff –

I am having the same problem – I can’t deactivate the TML plugin – I get the 500 Server error (can’t find the place which describes what this error code is). I am using WordPress. I need to deactivate it because when my associate logs in to wordpress – to work on the backend of our site – the TML login screen then shows up and prevents her from getting into the backend of WP!!

We are beginner users. We are a small local newspaper and installed Paid Memberships Pro to register subscribers and take payment. We took PMP’s suggestion to use TML for login. It has been difficult because alot of the support was written before you started charging for the extensions. We want to use your simplest features but it looks like we will need the redirect extension at a minimum.

If we can resolve this administrative login problem, my biggest question is how do PMP and TML talk to each other? Once people register and pay through PMP, how does TML know they are members and allow them to login? Hopefully you’ll say MAGIC!

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

Update to TML 7.0.13 and you should then be able to deactivate it.
