TM Lunch Menu Doesn't Work

So I followed your easy installation … and it doesn’t work. I don’t understand why?
I can add items to the menu, but when I try to view the post, I get a 404 error. And if I try to update the settings on the Lunch Menu Settings, I get “Cannot load tm_lunch_menu_settings.” I know all my permissions are correct, so what am I missing? I really, really want to use this plugin. Thanks.
