Titles not rewriting

Some titles are not being rewritten on my blog. Seems to work OK for posts & pages, but any pages that are subpages do not get rewritten.

https://georgecoghill.com/blog/portfolio/None of the pages in the Info menu get the titles rewritten.
I have the “force rewrite titles” checkbox checked, using a child theme based off of twentyten but no modification to the title area.
Kinda bummed about this as I migrated from All in One SEO and now all that is gone.
