Make sure to delete this line of code in the header.php file of your theme:

<title><?php wp_title(); ?></title>

yes, i have checked, there is no code “<?php wp_title(); ?>” in header.php

but, i have added title+description in header.php :https://prnt.sc/t8PbSFOea8I4

Please remove this line from header.php:

Also delete this as this already present at the beginning of your functions.php file:

function seopress_theme_slug_setup() {
    add_theme_support( 'title-tag' );
}
add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'seopress_theme_slug_setup' );
