Titles in URL, instead of www.x.com/?page_id=21

Is it a very complicated process to be able to have static pages have a traditional URL, like graphics.php this page:

https://bschiff55.f2o.org/blog/?page_id=20

If it is a lengthy process, don’t feel the need to explain, a link that would point me in the right direction would be great. I’m just having trouble figuring out what to even search for on Google, or WP’s support search.
