Titles as images and not as text

In Word Press Road Fighter Theme the following appear as images and not text, defeating the purpose of Google search of key words and descriptions
? the home page main heading
? home page sub heading
? home page testimonial heading
? home page blogging text
? widget title(s)
? all the page titles
? h2 and h3 headings on subsequent pages.

How can this be remedied?

Also how do I change background color in top banner on subsequent pages?
