Title/caption settings are being ignored

  • Hi – love this plugin and use it on all my sites.
    I’m having a minor issue where the captions in the lightbox are not displaying the correct content (for lightboxed images). I checked the box in “other” settings that attempts to use the WP caption as the lightbox caption, and I checked the box that says “do not automatically show image title”, but those are being ignored. I have captioned images attached to posts (captions set from the Media library as these images are not in the actual page content, they are displayed as an attachment gallery in a sidebar) but the lightbox caption still shows the filename or the image Title (if set).

    The client only wants a caption to appear in the lightbox if the photo actually has a caption assigned. Blank otherwise. I thought those 2 settings should do it. Any ideas? Thank you!
