    Hello,
If I put an emoji beginning the meta title, it is to updated when i try to modify posts or pages. I still get the old SEO title.
It happens when i try to update directly the post/page, and also when i generate bulk pages with Page Generator Pro.
Its is important to be able to use some emojis still showing on Google search, because its very good for CTR.
I am using Yost SEO v15.9

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble setting up the emojis in the SEO title. The issue you’re currently experiencing typically occurs when the database tables and columns aren’t compatible with storing emojis. You’ll need to make sure that both the database and tables have the character set to utf8mb4 and collation to utf8mb4_unicode_ci.

If you’re not familiar with how to check them or how to alter them, we highly recommend you please reach out to your web hosting provider. They’d be the best place to assist you with this.

Note: please take a full database backup of your website before manipulating it as this could break your website entirely.

    Hi @sos137,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while so we’re marking this issue as resolved due to inactivity.

You’re welcome to create a new forum topic if you have any other questions.
