Title, Widget titles and themes not working

    Hello Hector, this is Valerio.

    The font size and style of both WPP widget’s title and post titles are big and I can’t change them. I have also realized that I can’t use any of your themes, the changes done don’t have any effect, and they don’t reflect in the widget layout.

    Quick update: OP reached out via email first, then posted here. We’ve been talking via email to figure out what’s wrong and the issue is apparently linked to the WordPress theme OP’s using on their site.

    The theme in question seems to be including some sort of “compatibility” wordpress-popular-posts.php file as part of its libraries and said file is triggering some PHP notices that are affecting the way the plugin works on the front-end (and possibly on the back-end as well according to some screenshots shared by OP.)

    I recommended OP to reach out to the theme’s support team and report the issues we’ve found so far so they can patch them up and see whether that fixes the problems OP’s been having with WPP.
