Title text widget not on top

Hi Guys,

Can you help me?
I’ve installed your plugin for my website https://www.amsterdamtourist.info. As you can see on the bottom I have placed a text widget in my footer with a WP cloudy shortcode.

The problem is that he title of the widget (“Weather”) is placed unther the weather forecast in stead of above…

How can I solve this?
