Title template for custom post type meta data

hi,
I am re-posting it here as i am using the free version!
i have an automotive site where i want the title of car listing to be “car title(post title) – car condition(custom category) ” what would be the name of custom category which is for custom post type listings. i tried cf_, ct_ then category name or slug none worked so far. how do i find the name of this custom category?

example template i used: %%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%ct_condition%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
does not work!!
