Title, tagline and description not changing

    Hi Savers,

    I read a bit about SEO, installed Yoast SEO plugin and played around with site title, tagline and descriptions (that should be first sentences of the article, right?), but then when I update the site the changes are not visible in google.
    I mean, in WordPress everything is saved and looks fine, but when you search for it in google, everything looks like before, even the description!

    Why is that? Am I doing something wrong? The title and tagline are changed in both General setting and in the Theme options…I also cleared the caching.

    It may take Google weeks, or even months to update their snippets and indexes. That is something that no one can control outside of Google

    You can request Google to re-crawl your site as explained here (see the answer with the green checkmark).

    Do realize though that there are no guarantees Google will do it, and if they do, it may take a few days, a week, a months, months, or…
