Title-tag instead of the file-name

First let me say, that I like “Hoffman” very much. Whith this theme I can develope most of my ideas in photography – thank You! Only one thing I like to change, but I am not a coder ;-(
When I show pictures (like You do) with Jetpacks gallery function and click to show the choosen one, I saw the file-name as the descripton. Is it possible to show the title-tag instead?
