When I visit my spreadshop page in WordPress the title of the page reads “Page Not Found”. Looking in the code of the page the <title> tag inside the <head> contains the Page not found message. Is there a way to get the shop title to appear here instead? It is set in the “Shop Name and SEO data” section of the spreadshop interface to “Weirdworldstudios Merchandise”. The description from spreadshop’s “Shop Name and SEO data” doesn’t seem to have been picked up either.
I am running WordPress 4.9.2 with a child version of the simpelli theme.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @crubberthumb,
sorry for the late response. The title is not taken from the Spreadshop “Shop Name and SEO data”, but from the settings page of the plugin within wordpress. There you can define the URL, which is used to provide the shop. That “name” is taken as page title.
If this does not work for you, please try with one of the default wordpress themes.

Thanks. The “name” in the settings inside the plugin is populated (contains “merchandise”) and is not getting picked up, so the plugin is not working with my theme (and I guess isn’t going to). Sadly, I’ve put too many hours into branding and tweaking the theme I am currently using to willingly ditch it for one of WordPress’ default themes. I’ll have to ditch the plugin instead and give users access to my shop through the javascript interface Spreadshirt provides. Thanks anyway.

    Thanks for your reply.

We hope you understand that we can not maintain all individual themes.
