Title post from PODs custom field value

Hello,

I would like to know how to implement PODs custom field to default post title so the title could go from
(default title)
to
(Chapter type) (chapter number).(chapter part if any): (default title)

For eg:
Half Blood
to
Chapter 55.1: Half Blood

I made a post type (extended) with a group named Chapter details (id 3744) with some label Chapter type, chapter number, chapter part (usually .1 for 5.1 chapter 5 part 1)

Is there a code for it?
Or at least a guide to do so?
