Title Page – general settings

Hope someone can help me with two problems that are really bugging me on the title page.
1. I cant seem to move (see below) in line with the top of the banner where I want it. And
2 I want it to justify, so that is nearly butting up to the banner.The website (if you need to see is https://www.adabhand.co.uk
