Title on caption with no html tags

Hi, is there a way to add a title to the caption? Meaning, that the client won’t have to use any h2 or whatever tags to add it.

Even having every line to render as a <p> instead of just everything to be plain text would be great, asi I could style the first <p> with a bigger and stronger font.
