• I’m testing MailPoet 3 on my production website (still using MailPoet 2). During the development of MailPoet 3, I suggested that the title of a section could appear only if there’s new posts in Notification post.

Like, if I have a NEW JOBS section, the title appear only if there’s new posts. Right now, the title in text appear even if there’s nothing to post.

Do you have any plan to implement this?

    Thanks!

    Hey there @duff1,

That would be an interesting addition for sure! Totally see where you’re coming from, to go a step further perhaps full dynamic sections of a newsletter would be interesting. Based off other parameters giving ultimate control. ??

Hey Duff, conditional formatting is pretty practical indeed but it’s currently not in our priorities.

    Alternatively, we could:

    1. Show at least 1 item at minimum if there are 2 Automated latest content displayed

    2. If there’s no new content, display “Nothing new this time!”

    Thoughts?

You could offer the choice of displaying a minimum of content of displaying “Nothing new this time”. But it should not be complicated to add a title at the section if there’s something new?

In my example, I’m using Automatic newsletter to share content like this:

    – News
    – New rebate
    – New jobs posting (should appear until it end)
    – New press release

I’m not using a single list.
