It’s because of this in your theme’s stylesheet style.css:

.gallery-item .gallery-caption {
    display: none;
}

Consider creating a child theme instead of editing your theme directly – if you upgrade the theme all your modifications will be lost.

Add this add the bottom of your (child) theme’s stylesheet.

.related-gallery .gallery-item .gallery-caption {
    display: block;
}
