Title not displayed

Well for old posts it works, but for more recent ones it doesn’t work anymore. The plugin shows the file name instead (if I enable that option). With disabled option it doesn’t show anything even though the titel is visible in the media library.

There is a title for the image on the page I linked in the media library. It won’t show on the page iteself though.
